What's included?

Our inclusions are based on Property Managers' checklists for a standard property.

We're confident that we've got it all covered, but if there's something else you need, just let us know and we'll provide a quote to get it done:

General

Vacuum & Mop hard floors
Steam clean all carpets (Extra charge for >6 stairs)
Remove cobwebs
Clean vents / extractor fans
Clean light fittings (where safe and accessible)
Spot clean walls, light switches, power points and doors
Clean drawers and cupboards including inside, doors and cupboard tops and shelving
Windows cleaned (inside only)
Glass Patio/Balcony doors cleaned inside and outside
Vacuum sliding door tracks and clean tracks
Clean standard blinds, cords and rails (spot clean and dust).

Kitchen

Clean inside and outside and on top of all cupboards, doors and drawers.
Clean oven, stove top & range hood.
Clean inside, outside & behind fridge. (If accessible / applicable)
Clean sink and tap ware.
Clean and polish worktops & splash back.

Bathroom

Clean exhaust fans
Clean Inside and outside all cupboards and drawers.
Clean toilet.
Clean bath, shower recess, remove built up soap residue on tiles and shower screens & soap holder
Clean sink and polish all tap ware and towel rails.
Clean mirrors and windows, window tracks and floors.

Laundry area

Clean Inside and outside all cupboards and drawers.
Clean inside, outside and behind washer & dryer. (If accessible / applicable)
Clean laundry tub & tap ware.
Clean all walls, windows, window/door tracks and floors

Balcony

Sweep & mop floor, remove cobwebs.
Clean internal balcony railing/surface.
Clean glass doors & tracks inside and outside.

Extra services & what's excluded

There are a few extra services we offer, and items we don't include in a standard clean.

Not included

Mould, Damp Spots, Stains & discolouration - point them out to us and we'll try our best to clean these items, but some may require specialist attention or be the result of wear & tear.
Exterior window cleaning - can be done at an extra cost. (Outside Patio/Balcony doors is included in standard End of Lease Clean)
Ceilings - our services include cobweb removal only.
Venetian or Plantation blinds - can be done at an extra cost.
Extra charges apply if the walls require more than a spot-clean.
We avoid taking apart breakable equipment, so don't include cleaning filters inside Air Conditioning units, or removing fixed fly screens.

Our End of Lease Cleaning process

1. CONTACT US & BOOK YOUR CLEAN

Use the form below to request a quote - we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
On acceptance of the quote, a deposit is required to confirm your booking.
We'll book in your clean with an email confirmation - we'll also send you a reminder the day before.

2. BEFORE CLEANING DAY

1. CONTACT US & BOOK YOUR CLEAN

Ensure the property has been completely emptied of all furniture, belongings & any trash.
Arrange for the keys to be available to collect/leave on our arrival and departure.
Ensure Water & Power will be connected on clean day - we can't work without it.

3. ON THE DAY

4. YOUR INVOICE / FREE RE-CLEAN

Our uniformed professionals arrive at your doorstep with all the supplies and tools, and thoroughly clean the property to the high standard required.
We ask that you provide payment on the day of the clean.

4. YOUR INVOICE / FREE RE-CLEAN

As soon as we’ve received your payment we'll email your invoice to forward onto your property manager - and get back your bond!
If there are any issues at all - please let us know straight away and we'll come back and fix it up within 72hrs, no quibbles, no extra charge.
